Orders are processed and shipped from Sweden within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the custumers destination.

Order Tracking

All packages are trackable. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Items

All packages are trackable. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. For lost packages, we may request confirmation from the carrier before a replacement or refund is issued. Items damaged upon receipt will be eligible for replacement or refund upon review and submission of photographic evidence.
