Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

All items can be returned, including sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as MindEase Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped. After shipment, the return process applies.
